Morning is a great time to get in a workout, read, plan your day, fix a healthy breakfast and just enjoy the quietness of that time of day.
If you do not have a routine of getting up early I challenge you to try it for 30 days.
Do you jump out of bed at the last minute and then rush to get ready to begin your day? I don’t know how you do it. Whenever I have had a morning start out that way, the whole day seems rushed and I feel like I can’t get caught up. (Fortunately that hasn’t happened to me to often.)
When you are looking to make a change for your health and you want to do it in small incremental steps, try giving yourself an extra hour in the morning. You will be glad you did.
Get up and get moving!
