The final step to starting over and learning from our past mistakes and moving forward in the direction we want to go. Let it go.

Is there someone in your past that you believe has had a hand in you being over weight? Someone that hurt you by calling you names, making fun of your size, or just treating you poorly. If there is I suggest that you forgive that person or people who made you feel bad about yourself. Don’t continue to give them your power of stopping you from creating the healthy you you are suppose to be. You don’t have to go to the person and forgive them, in your heart forgive them for being hurtful towards you.

I found this very freeing. It made me feel like weight was lifted off of my shoulders.
