This week has been great! The foods I have been eating are light and delicious and the habits I have started are making a big difference.
My new habit that I think is having the biggest change: No complex carbs after breakfast. I think that is what has caused my success this week.
I have started some new things: eating a lot more veggies and eating apples and strawberries when I get hungry.
It hasn’t been easy this week, but the payoff was worth it.
