We all know that getting a good night’s sleep is a huge part of losing weight and being healthy. I like having noise on while I’m sleeping, but it usually is a TV show and the volume isn’t consistent and I constantly wake up.
You may or may not know I’m a music teacher, (visit my blog: Get Jazzed About Music,) so I’m always looking for music that deals with our everyday life and special occasions. Well, I think when it comes to sleeping we need sound not music to help us sleep.
I found this site,”Simply Rain” Saturday and used it since then. I have slept like a baby and so do my dogs. They were much more peaceful during the night.
