I heard of the 7 minute workout yesterday while listening to a podcast. I went to the website and checked it out and I like it.
Here’s the challenge: I want to do this workout two times a day. Will you do it with me?
Come on! I bet you’ll find that you will be less stressed after a 7 minute workout. You have nothing to lose, except maybe a pound or two, and if 7 minutes can give you a great pick-me up, why not.
