July is National Blueberry Month! Yum!

I love blueberries. I’m not a fan of eating them by the handful, I have to have them in something. I like them in a yogurt smoothie, pancakes, waffles, muffins and bread.

Favorite whole-grain bread, toasted
Vanilla Greek yogurt
Fresh blueberries
Crumbled bacon
Maple syrup

Spread toast with yogurt. Top with some blueberries and a little crumbled bacon, then drizzle with maple syrup.
