Today I want to mix my love of music and Italian food. Let’s listen to beautiful Italian music and prepare a healthy version of lasagna.
There is always nice music playing in a restaurant that goes well with the food we are eating. I want to talk about the different foods and music of different cultures. I think this would be a great way to introduce a family night at home where the family is involved in preparing a meal and listening to the music of the culture, or how about a date night? Make an Italian meal, listen to Italian music and then watch The Godfather.
Let’s start with an easy one: Italy!
Who doesn’t love Italian food? Pizza, pasta, soups, breads, Yum! The music is beautiful from there.
How about a Lasagna?

I have some favorite composers from Italy:
Antonio Lucio Vivaldi was an Italian Baroque composer, virtuoso violinist, teacher and cleric. Born in Venice, he is recognized as one of the greatest Baroque composers, and his influence during his lifetime was widespread across Europe.
Giuseppe Domenico Scarlatti was an Italian composer who spent much of his life in the service of the Portuguese and Spanish royal families.
Niccolò Paganini was an Italian violinist, violist, guitarist, and composer. He was the most celebrated violin virtuoso of his time, and left his mark as one of the pillars of modern violin technique.
