Mondays seems to be the day that everyone starts a new eating and exercise program. We’ve all said it and we’ve all done it.

What will be different about this Monday for you? Are you going to start, or will you let another Monday pass you by?

One the Menu today:

Breakfast

Strawberry Parfait

1 cup Greek Vanilla Yogurt, 1/2 cup strawberries, 3 Tbsp granola

Lunch

1 Sandwich Thin, 3 slices of low sodium turkey, 1 slice healthy roast beef, miracle whip light, cucumber, swiss cheese, lettuce and tomato

Dinner

Grilled Chicken, broccoli, carrots, and onions

Snack

Progresso Light Chicken Noodle Soup

Once I find an easy to fix meal, I stick with it. It helps a lot when it comes to losing weight to choose foods that easy to prepare, carry for on-the-go, and that you look forward to eating.
