** I just completed this workout. I started around 4:30am this morning. It is a very good workout. I just need a better step bench. I have one from the 80’s.
This bench when you want to raise it you bring the legs out and they snap into position. This is a very unstable bench. It isn’t great for someone like me that isn’t very coordinated.
