Then my husband and I went for a 7.25 mile bike ride. Today was beautiful and it was great to get out with the weather turning cooler in the morning.

When I went shopping today I stopped in at Walmart and picked up two DVD’s by Leslie

I just completed the two mile HIIT on the walk to the hits. This is going to be one of my favorite DVDs. The workout was great and it has a lot of great movements to bring up the heart rate and to bring out the sweat!
