I’m starting 2017 with a new exercise program, Leslie Sansone’s Miracle Miles and a new eating plan Whole30.

Breakfast 1/2/2017

Chicken Stir-Fry

No sauce is used. I just used olive and sesame oil with fresh garlic and Chinese 5 spice.

Lunch 1/2/2017

1 Whole Egg 3 Egg Whites Scrambled

Turkey sausage, carrots, and onions. Sauteed the veggies and browned up the sausage.

So far so good! I’m not hungry which is nice and I’m looking forward to a lite dinner.

I’m waiting on my Whole30 book from the library. I bet I’ll get it tomorrow. Since I don’t have the book, I’m following the PDF that I downloaded from the Whole30 website.

3 miles this morning and I think I will do 2 Miracle Miles this evening.

The Whole30 program says to weigh myself day one and then don’t use the scale again until day 30. This is going to be a challenge for me. I weigh myself everyday. This year, I’m going to do this and wait until the end of January to see how I did. I’ll see it in my clothes I’m sure and that will make me a happy camper.
