I’m on day two and I’m eating my stir-fry. I decided to do this plan after I had already shopped for the week, so I’m really excited for my next shopping trip. I can’t wait to buy a variety of fresh foods to create exciting new dishes.
I’m going to continue using my Perfect Portion cups because I have to keep a watch on my portions. If I don’t have guidelines I will over eat.
Here is how I use my cups when making my stir-fry.
- 2 green cups for the broccoli
- 1 green cup for the carrots and onions
- 2 purple cups for the chicken
- 1 yellow cup for the olive oil
I steam my broccoli in the microwave then throw it in with everything else. I use Chinese 5 Spice for my seasoning.
I have had this meal twice today. Dinner will be boiled eggs and turkey sausage.
A.M. 3 miles of walking at work
P.M. 2 Miracle Miles – I did miles 2 and 3 of the 5 Miracle Miles DVD. Mile 3 is a great thigh and butt workout!
