Today is going great! Energy level is very good and I’m looking forward this weekend. I’m going to try a couple of new foods. That is always exciting for me.

I’ve thought about peanut butter cookies today, just for a second, and then I remembered why I’m doing the Whole30. Instead of PB cookies I’m going to have a baked yam with onions and crispy bacon. Yummy!

Today, work was another “total body” workout, so no extra exercise this afternoon. I will be walking over the weekend for exercise.

If you are wondering what I do what my job is a “total body” workout, I work a horse ranch. Some days I have more work than others. Today was one of those days where I get enough walking and heavy lifting done that I don’t need to do more exercise when I get home.
