Today is Saturday. The weekends are the hardest for me because I’m home all day and I tend to eat when I’m not busy.

Here is my plan to make this weekend a success:

I have been eating only three meals each day during the week, so I’m going to cut those meals in half and eat six times. All of my meals will be healthy and a smaller portion so it will keep the hunger away.

I will eat about every two to three hours so it will give me the feeling of grazing, but the choices are going to be healthy.

If you have a day of the week that is more difficult for you to watch what you are eating, which day(s) is it? How will you combat overeating or continuing to not eat sugar?
