This is it! Today I will complete one week of being sugar free!!!! I feel fantastic!
Yesterday I thought I would make a plan of attack to make it through Saturday by eating up to 6 mini meals during the day. That plan worked! I only needed four mini meals and I felt totally satisfied.
Meal number one was a mini chicken stir-fry for breakfast.
Second meal was a mini Beef and Broccoli.
Third meal was a mini Shrimp Stir-fry.
Fourth meal was a baked yam and turkey sausage.
Since this was a success, I’m going to do the same for today!
