Today was the first day that I craved oatmeal. I woke up absolutely starved this morning, at 3:00 am, and the first thought in my mind was, “A hot oatmeal cookie would taste good right now.” My oatmeal cookies are “no sugar added” but the oats are what I’m staying away from.

Later, around 10:00 am, it hit me again. The same thought, but I told myself, “No!” I’m seeing changes that I’m really liking and I don’t want to go back.


In conclusion, I know that during this process I’m going to have those moments when I’m going to want to give in, but I’m going to stand firm and make a healthier choice.
