Hey, guess what? Yesterday in the late afternoon I ate a baked yam and a protein and I didn’t wake up starving during the night. I slept very well last night and I was hungry like I should have been when it was time to eat breakfast this morning. So, with that being said, I’m going to make sure I have my yam for my last meal. I love it with bacon and onions!
Today is Friday, so I’m looking forward to the weekend. I’m going to play it just like I did last weekend. I will have 4 small meals throughout the day so I’m not wanting to binge eat and go back to eating something I shouldn’t.
I don’t think that I will have a problem with backsliding and eating sugar. I know I’m feeling much better and the results I’m seeing are keeping me motivated to stick with it.
I’ve already started cutting sugar out of my husband’s diet. He doesn’t seem to mind and he knows it will be good for him. I’m glad I have someone that will work with me on this.
Today is National Hugging Day, so I’m going to make sure he gets an extra hug for being so supportive!
