I’m halfway through my first 30 days!

I’m feeling great! I don’t feel deprived and I’m no longer waking up hungry during the night.

The weekends have become easier for me. I use to eat all day long on the weekends, but that has stopped. I have certain times of the day that I eat and I already know ahead of times what I’m going to eat. With my meals already planned out it gives me something to look forward to.

The picture above is of me at my goal weight of 145 in 2013. When I started the Whole30 program I was 165.

Here I am today January 15, 2017 in the same outfit. There is a huge difference! I’m so glad I took the “before” and the “now” picture. Two weeks ago I couldn’t fit into the skirt. The blouse was rather tight too. I’m glad that I’m back on track to getting to my goal weight.
