I am loving my copy of the The Whole30: The 30-Day Guide to Total Health and Food Freedom and The Whole30 Cookbook: 150 Delicious and Totally Compliant Recipes to Help You Succeed with the Whole30 and Beyond. These are beautiful hardback books. They are both filled with beautiful pictures. The organization of the book is an easy to follow step-by-step.
Melissa and Dallas Hartwig’s critically-acclaimed Whole30 program has helped hundreds of thousands of people transform how they think about their food, bodies, and lives. Their approach leads to effortless weight loss and better health—along with stunning improvements in sleep quality, energy levels, mood, and self-esteem.
I love this program! I’m not going to tell you that it is an easy journey. It isn’t. This program is for the woman who has tried everything and has not been able to stick to an eating program. Like you, I have fallen off the diet wagon many times, but this program takes your diet down to the nitty gritty. It begins by removing the junk from your current diet, your kitchen and hopefully your vocabulary and then slowly reintroduces certain foods back in.
I really like this The Whole30: The 30-Day Guide to Total Health and Food Freedom because of the explanations of how foods affect different types of illnesses. They talk about the nightshade foods, dairy and eggs, and how these foods can bring about inflammation. I don’t think I’ve ever read the information they give in any of my other diet books. I really appreciate it.
Let me tell you about what you will find when you read this book.

Part 4 Recipes!
The Whole30 Cookbook: 150 Delicious and Totally Compliant Recipes to Help You Succeed with the Whole30 and Beyond is amazing! The food looks fabulous. I will not use a cookbook that doesn’t have pictures. I am part of a Whole30 group on Facebook. One of the members tried a recipe from the book and then took a picture. She showed us the picture from the book and then the dish she created. They looked the same!
