What is a superfood? Superfoods are a nutrient-rich food considered to be especially beneficial for health and well-being.

#1 Broccoli


Broccoli is number 1 on my list. I love broccoli and I eat it everyday.


Broccoli is a very good source of dietary fiber, pantothenic acid, vitamin B6, vitamin E, manganese, phosphorus, choline, vitamin B1, vitamin A (in the form of carotenoids), potassium and copper. Broccoli is also a good source of vitamin B1, magnesium, omega-3 fatty acids, protein, zinc, calcium, iron, niacin and selenium.

Blueberries are number two on my superfood list. I love these yummy little bites. They are great in buckwheat pancakes.

Filled with antioxidants, they will help keep Father Time at bay. They help reverse damage done by toxins and free radicals and help your body defend itself against dangerous pathogens.

Blueberries aid in reducing belly fat. Say no more.


They keep you fresh, active, fit, sharp, close to nature and in a good mood, as they are very good anti depressants. You also need not spend a lot on medicines, neither are there any side effects. Remember, the deeper the color of the Blue Berries, the more they are rich in anti oxidants and other medicinal values.

#3 Strawberries


My number three superfood is strawberries.


Strawberries are no exception to this rule; in addition to antioxidants, they have many other nutrients, vitamins, and minerals that contribute to overall health. These include folatepotassium, manganese, dietary fiber, and magnesium. It is also extremely high in vitamin C!

Help burn stored fat.

Boost short term memory.
