This year I’m going to be 52. I’ve had gray hair since I was 11. I wish I had the energy of an 11 year old, but that is not they way life works.

So to my silver haired sisters that are looking for a workout program that is great for our 50+ bodies I want to introduce you to Leslie Sansone and her Walk Away the Pounds program.

Why do I love this program so much? Number one because I have had such great success with it. Second, because I can walk in my home at any time day or night wearing whatever workout clothes I feel comfortable in. Third, the weather in my house is always perfect.

First I want to tell you about one of my favorite Leslie Sansone DVD. It is Leslie Sansone: Walk Off Fat Fast. There are three different workouts on this video. A 20 minute, 30 minute and 40 minute walk.

I love the 20 minute walk right after I get out of bed in the morning. It gets rid of all the stiffness and sets me up for success for the day.

Another one of my favorites is Leslie Sansone: Walking Off The Pounds. This has a 1, 2, or 3 mile walk and exercises for the abs and back. The bonus segment is only 10 minutes long, but you will feel effects all day.
