I kind of in the coasting mode. I’m keeping my meals simple and getting in some extra exercise.

I just did the high-intensity workout from The Biggest Loser. It is only 15 minutes, but this is the workout that will get me into a smaller size. It is a football workout of hi-knees and football runs and then it switches to boxing.

If I want this kind of result (see picture above) then I really need to get serious and do this workout almost everyday.
