Are you a complainer? If you are not, good for you. If you are, do you think you can go 24 hours without complaining? I bet you can.
Here is my challenge for you should you accept it. Take the challenge and the first time you catch yourself wanting to complain, write down what was happening and why you wanted to complain.
If you complain, you have to start the challenge over. Your next 24 hours starts when you decide to begin again. Don’t wait until the next morning, start within the next 5 minutes of when you complained.
If you caught yourself and decided you were going to rise above and not complain, good for you!
